Join Playmakers Collect points on your Loyalty Cards to win great prizes
As a new member you will receive a Playmakers Loyalty Card which will have ten boxes, each box will need to be stamped by a member of the Crewe Alexandra Soccer Centre staff ONE POINT every time you take part in one of the activities which are listed below and on each card.
Each card will be colour coded and will have a prize printed on the inside of the card, each new card will be given to you on completion of ten boxes. In turn you will receive a new card which will have your next prize on, so good luck collecting your point

The Playmakers Loyalty Card will be open to all Girls and Boys aged 4 to 16 who take part in any of the activities listed above
