All players must wear shin guards. Mablins and Haslington are on grass, football boots required. All sessions at Alexandra Soccer centre are on 3G Astro, moulded football boots or trainers required. No football boots or blades with metal studs. Waterproofs in case of bad weather and a drink of water is advisable. All children attending sessions must be signed both in and out. Participants returning this form along with advanced payment will be guaranteed a place. For your total peace of mind, all coaches are F.A. qualifi ed and checked by the Criminal Record Bureau.
